The Promoter (Club Lime) of the 20% Off Weekly Rate + 6 Weeks Free Promotion is Viva Leisure Memberships Pty ltd ABN 13 617 752 819 of Unit 7, Level 1, 141 Flemington Road Mitchell ACT 2911.
For the purposes of the Promotion:
Eligible Individual means an individual who held a Club Lime and Fitness Passport membership at an eligible location during 2024 that renews an Eligible Membership.
Eligible Location means Club Lime Wagga, Club Lime Goulburn Lansdowne, Club Lime Goulburn Hume, Club Lime Lavington, Club Lime Wodonga Express, Club Lime Albury and Club Lime Shellharbour.
Eligible Membership means any eligible Club Lime Single Club Membership and Club Lime Student Single Club Membership on a direct debit, no fixed-term Membership Agreement entered into by an individual at Eligible Location during the Promotion Period (Friday 22nd March 2024 12:00 am – Sunday 31st March 2024 11:59 pm), subject to the Membership Terms and Conditions, a copy of which is located at https://www.clublime.com.au/about/legal-stuff/
Excluded memberships include Aquatic Memberships, Learn to Swim Memberships, Upfront 3–12-month Memberships, Corporate Memberships, Transferred Memberships (upgrades/downgrades), GROUNDUP Multi, GROUNDUP Bundle Memberships, hiit republic Single Club, hiit republic Multi-Club Membership, Club Lime + hiit republic Dual Memberships, Club Lime + hiit republic Multi- Club Memberships, Club Lime + hiit republic + Ladies Only Club Membership, all memberships at all other Club Lime locations and all visit passes.

Promotion Period means the period commencing on Friday 22nd March 2024 12:00 am – Sunday 31st March 2024 11:59 pm, which may be amended at the Promoter’s discretion.
3.The Promoter agrees to a $0 Activation Fee, $0 Access Pass, apply a 20% discounted weekly rate plus 6 weeks free for each Eligible Individual opting into the Promotion in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
4.The Eligible Individual agrees to pay the initial membership pro rata fee upon signup as part of the membership Terms and Conditions. The promotional credit will be applied once the pro-rata has been paid.
5.The promotional discounted weekly rate may subject to future price increases that take place.
6.In the event that an individual has a dispute in relation to their eligibility for the Promotion all inquiries are to be sent to [email protected] and the Promoter reserves the ultimate right to determine the outcome of any dispute in its absolute discretion.
