1. The Promoter of the (Club Lime and hiit republic 3 Day Sale Promotion (ACT, NSW, VIC, QLD)) (the Promotion) is Viva Leisure Memberships Pty Ltd ABN 13 618 752 819 of Unit 7, Level 1, 141 Flemington Road Mitchell ACT 2911;
2. For the purposes of the Promotion:
   1. Eligible Individual means an individual that enters an Eligible Membership during the Promotion Period that does not cancel or rescind the membership within the first 60 days.
   2. Eligible Location means any Club Lime or hiit republic Gym in ACT, NSW, VIC or QLD.
   3. Eligible Membership means any eligible single club or Multi-Club Club Lime or HIIT Republic Membership Agreement entered into by an individual at an Eligible Location during the Promotion Period (Friday 5 June 9:00am – Monday 8 June 11:59pm), subject to the Membership Terms and Conditions, a copy of which is located at www.clublime.com.au/about/legal-stuff. This membership agreement is subject to specific COVID-19 government restrictions that apply to ACT, NSW, VIC and QLD, which may include reduced operating hours and training restrictions.    4. Excluded memberships include: Student (J4U) memberships, 3 month memberships, aquatic and Learn to Swim memberships and all visit passes. Upgrades or downgrades of existing Club Lime and/or hiit republic memberships are also excluded from the Promotion.
   5. Offer not valid in conjunction with any other offer;
   6. Promotion Period means the period commencing on Friday 5 June 9:00am, ending Monday 8 June 11:59pm which may be amended at the Promoter’s discretion.
3. The Promoter agrees to discount the $69 Access Pass to $0 and provide a $75 Rebel Sport Voucher (the Gift Card) to each Eligible Individual opting in to the Promotion in accordance with these Terms and Conditions;
4. The Gift Card is to be supplied on behalf of the Promoter or another entity nominated at the discretion of the Promoter and will be mailed to the Eligible Individual’s nominated mailing address after 60 days of them entering the Eligible Membership;
5. The supply and use of the Gift Card is subject to the Rebel Sport Gift Card Terms of Sale and the Promoter does not warrant the efficacy of the Gift Card beyond the point of supply;
6. The Gift Card is not redeemable for cash and the services provided in exchange for the Gift Card may also be subject to the terms and conditions of Rebel Sport. The Promoter is not liable for any matter arising between the Eligible Individual and Rebel Sport or any other third-party beyond the point of supply;
7. In the event that an individual has a dispute in relation to their eligibility for the Promotion all inquiries are to be sent to [email protected] and the Promoter reserves the ultimate right to determine the outcome of any dispute in its absolute discretion.
