The Promoter (Club Lime, hiit republic, FNF and Pinnacle) of the Black Friday VIP Early Access Sale Promotion is Viva Leisure Memberships Pty Ltd ABN 13 618 752 819 of Unit 7, Level 1, 141 Flemington Road Mitchell ACT 2911;
For the purposes of the Promotion:
Eligible Individual means an individual that enters an Eligible Membership, is not active or current member during the Promotion Period, and uses the promotional code included in the e-mail offer.
Eligible Location means any Club Lime, hiit republic, GROUNDUP, FNF and/or Pinnacle Club nationally.
Eligible Membership means any eligible single club and multi-club direct debit, no fixed term for Club Lime, hiit republic, GROUNDUP, FNF and/or Pinnacle Membership Agreement entered into by an individual at Eligible Location during the Promotion Period (Wednesday 24th November 12:00am until Thursday 25th November 2021 11.59pm), subject to the Membership Terms and Conditions, a copy of which is located at com.au/about/legal-stuff. This membership agreement is subject to specific COVID-19 government restrictions that apply to all locations. Excluded memberships include Aquatic Memberships, Learn to Swim Memberships, Upfront 3-12 month Memberships, Corporate Memberships, Transferred Memberships (upgrades/downgrades), and all visit passes.
Offer not valid in conjunction with any other offer;
Promotion Period means the period commencing on Wednesday 24th November 2021 12:00am until Thursday 25th November 2021 11.59pm, which may be amended at the Promoter’s discretion.
The Promoter agrees that the Eligible Individual, opting into the Promotion in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, will not be charged for the remainder of 2021. The Promoter also agrees to waive the $59 Access Pass fee, and thus charge $0 for the Access Pass.
The Eligible Individual, opting into the Promotion in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, understands that the pro-rata amount for 1st - 5th January 2022 for the Eligible Membership will be charged in early January 2022, and the first full Direct Debit charge for the Eligible Membership will occur on Thursday 6th January 2022.
In the event that an individual has a dispute in relation to their eligibility for the Promotion all inquiries are to be sent to [email protected] and the Promoter reserves the ultimate right to determine the outcome of any dispute in its absolute discretion.
