Terms - 2 Weeks Free Promotion

The Promoter (Club Lime, hiit republic, FNF and Pinnacle) of the 2 Weeks Free Promotion is Viva Leisure Memberships Pty Ltd ABN 13 618 752 819 of Unit 7, Level 1, 141 Flemington Road Mitchell ACT 2911.

  1. For the purposes of the Promotion:
    1. Eligible Individual means an individual that enters an Eligible Membership and is not active or current member during the Promotion Period.
    2. Eligible Location means any Club Lime and FNF locations nationally
    3. Eligible Membership means any eligible Single Club and Multi-Club direct debit, no fixed term for Club Lime, FNF, ANU Student/Student Memberships Agreement entered into by an individual at an Eligible Location during the Promotion Period (Monday 28th March 2022 12.01am until Thursday 31st March 2022 11.59pm), subject to the Membership Terms and Conditions, a copy of which is located at com.au/about/legal-stuff. This membership agreement is subject to specific COVID-19 government restrictions that apply to all locations.     4. Excluded memberships include: Any membership type not specified in item c. E.g. Aquatic Memberships, Learn to Swim Memberships, Upfront 3–12-month Memberships, Corporate Memberships, Transferred Memberships (upgrades/downgrades), Single or Multi Club Memberships for - Hiit Republic and GROUNDUP, and all visit passes.
    5. Offer not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
    6. Promotion Period means the period commencing on Monday 28th March 2022 12.01am until Thursday 31st March 2022 11.59pm, which may be amended at the Promoter’s discretion.
  2. The Promoter agrees to credit 2 weeks’ worth of membership fees and waive the $39 Activation Fee for each Eligible Individual opting into the Promotion in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
  3. The Eligible Individual agrees to pay the initial membership pro rata fee upon sign up as part of the Membership Terms and Conditions. The Promotional credit will be applied before the next scheduled Direct Debit.
  4. In the event that an individual has a dispute in relation to their eligibility for the Promotion, all inquiries are to be sent to [email protected] and the Promoter reserves the ultimate right to determine the outcome of any dispute in its absolute discretion.
