1. The Promoter of the (Club Lime, hiit republic and Fit n Fast) 3 Day Sale Promotion is Viva Leisure Memberships Pty Ltd ABN 13 618 752 819 of Unit 7, Level 1, 141 Flemington Road Mitchell ACT 2911; 2. For the purposes of the Promotion:
Eligible Individual means an individual that enters an Eligible Membership during the Promotion Period, is not active or current member during the Promotion Period and does not cancel or rescind the membership within the first 60 days.
Eligible Location means any Club Lime, hiit republic and Fit n Fast.
Eligible Membership means any eligible single club and multi-club direct debit, no fixed term for a Club Lime, hiit Republic or Fit n Fast Membership Agreement entered into by an individual at Eligible Location during the Promotion Period (Monday 8th of March 2021 12:01am – Wednesday 10th of March 2021 11:59pm, extended to Thursday 11th of March 2021 11:59pm), subject to the Membership Terms and Conditions, a copy of which is located at www.clublime.com.au/about/legal-stuff. This membership agreement is subject to specific COVID-19 government restrictions that apply to all locations. Excluded memberships include: Student Memberships, Aquatic Memberships, Learn to Swim Memberships, Upfront 3-12 month Memberships, Corporate Memberships, Transferred (upgrade/downgrade) Memberships and all visit passes.
Offer not valid in conjunction with any other offer;
Promotion Period means the period commencing on Monday 8th of March 2021 12:01am – Wednesday 10th of March 2021 11:59pm, extended to Thursday 11th of March 2021 11:59pm, which may be amended at the Promoter’s discretion.
3. The Promoter agrees to a $0 Access Pass and a $50 Rebel Sport Voucher (the Gift Card) to each Eligible Individual opting in to the Promotion in accordance with these Terms and Conditions; 4. The Gift Card is to be supplied on behalf of the Promoter or another entity nominated at the discretion of the Promoter and will be e-mailed to the Eligible Individual’s nominated mailing address after 60 days of them entering the Eligible Membership; 5. The supply and use of the Gift Card is subject to the Rebel Sport Gift Card Terms of Sale and the Promoter does not warrant the efficacy of the Gift Card beyond the point of supply; 6. The Gift Card is not redeemable for cash and the services provided in exchange for the Gift Card may also be subject to the terms and conditions of Rebel Sport. The Promoter is not liable for any matter arising between the Eligible Individual and Rebel Sport or any other third-party beyond the point of supply; 7. In the event that an individual has a dispute in relation to their eligibility for the Promotion all inquiries are to be sent to [email protected] and the Promoter reserves the ultimate right to determine the outcome of any dispute in its absolute discretion.
