The Promoter (Club Lime) of the 50% Off Your First 6 Weeks Promotion is Viva Leisure Memberships Pty ltd ABN 13 617 752 819 of Unit 7, Level 1, 141 Flemington Road Mitchell ACT 2911.
For the purposes of the Promotion:
Eligible Individual means an individual that enters an Eligible Membership and is not active or current member during the Promotion Period. An Eligible Individual cannot be an ex-member re-joining who has received free time in a separate Viva Leisure promotion within the last three months.
Eligible Location means any Club Lime nationally, excluding Club Lime Sunnybank Hills.
Eligible Membership means any eligible Club Lime Single Club, State Multi-Club, National Multi-Club, Student Membership, ANU Student/Staff/Alumni membership, Lime + HIIT Multi Club Membership, Lime + Ladies Only Multi-Club Membership, Lime + HIIT + Ladies Only Club Membership on a direct debit, no fixed-term Membership Agreement entered into by an individual at Eligible Location during the Promotion Period (Tuesday 14th March 2023 12:00 am – Friday 17th March 2023 11:59 pm), subject to the Membership Terms and Conditions, a copy of which is located at com.au/about/legal-stuff.
Excluded memberships include Aquatic Memberships, Learn to Swim Memberships, Upfront 3–12-month Memberships, Corporate Memberships, Transferred Memberships (upgrades/downgrades), GROUNDUP Multi and GROUNDUP Bundle Memberships, hiit republic Single and hiit republic Multi-Club Memberships, all Club Lime Sunnybank Hills Membership options and all visit passes.

Promotion Period means the period commencing on Tuesday 14th March 2023 12:00 am – Friday 17th March 2023 11:59 pm, which may be amended at the Promoter’s discretion.
The Promoter agrees to a $0 Activation Fee, $0 Access Pass and discount the membership rate by 50% for the Direct Debits on the 16th, 30th of March and 13th of April for membership for each Eligible Individual opting into the Promotion in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
The Eligible Individual who joins between 14th - 16th March 2023 inclusive, agrees to pay the initial membership pro rata fee plus a direct debit in advance upon signup, which will both be discounted as part of the Membership Terms and Conditions. Direct debits for the 30th March and 13th April 2023 will be discounted once these have been paid and the signup is complete.
An Eligible Individual joins on the 17th March 2023 agrees to pay the initial membership membership pro rata fee which will also be discounted as part of the Membership Terms and Conditions. Direct Debits for the 30th March and 13th April 2023 will be discounted once these have been paid and the signup is complete.
Promotional discounts will not be applied to ex-members renewing their membership whereby the renewing member has received free time in a separate Viva Leisure promotion in the last three months.
Club Lime South Yarra (VIC), Rouse Hill (NSW), Five Dock (NSW), Rhodes (NSW) Burwood (NSW) and CISAC (ACT) are not 24/7 locations.
In the event that an individual has a dispute in relation to their eligibility for the Promotion all inquiries are to be sent to [email protected] and the Promoter reserves the ultimate right to determine the outcome of any dispute in its absolute discretion.
