The Promoter (GROUNDUP) of the Black Friday Promotion is Viva Leisure Memberships Pty Ltd ABN 13 618 752 819 of Unit 7, Level 1, 141 Flemington Road Mitchell ACT 2911.
For the purposes of the Promotion:
Eligible Individual means an individual that enters an Eligible Membership and is not active or current member during the Promotion Period. An Eligible Individual cannot be an ex-member re-joining who has received free time in a separate Viva Leisure promotion within the last three months.
Eligible Location means any GROUNDUP Studio nationally.
Eligible Membership means any eligible GROUNDUP Multi Studio membership, GROUNDUP + Club Lime membership, GROUNDUP + Club Lime + hiit republic membership, GROUNDUP + Club Lime + hiit republic + Ladies Only membership on a direct debit, no fixed-term Membership Agreement entered into by an individual at Eligible Location during the Promotion Period (Monday 20th November 2023 12:00am – Thursday 30th November 2023 11:59 pm), subject to the Membership Terms and Conditions, a copy of which is located at https://members.groundup.studio/about/legal-stuff/
Excluded memberships include all Club Lime Single Club Memberships, Club Lime Multi Club Memberships, all Student Memberships, Aquatic Memberships, Learn to Swim Memberships, Upfront 3–12-month Memberships, Corporate Memberships, Transferred Memberships (upgrades/downgrades), all hiit republic Single Club Memberships, hiit republic Multi Club Memberships, Club Lime + hiit republic Dual Memberships, Club Lime + hiit republic Multi Club Memberships, and all visit passes.

Promotion Period means the period commencing on Monday 20th November 2023 12:00am – Thursday 30th November 2023 11:59 pm, which may be amended at the Promoter’s discretion.
The Promoter agrees to a $0 Activation Fee and to credit to 2 weeks' worth of membership fees for each Eligible Individual opting into the Promotion in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
The Eligible Individual who joins, agrees to pay the initial membership pro rata fee upon signup as part of the Membership Terms and Conditions. The promotional credit will be applied once the pro-rata has been paid.
The Eligible Individual who joins on Tuesday 21st November and Wednesday 22nd November agrees to pay the initial membership pro-rata fee plus a direct debit in advance upon signup. The promotional credit will be applied once the pro-rata and direct debit in advance have been paid.
Promotional credit/ free time will not be applied to ex-members renewing their membership whereby the renewing member has received free time in a separate Viva Leisure promotion in the last three months.
Existing GROUNDUP members who refer a friend that signs up between the 20th of November 2023 and the 30th of November, will qualify for a $100 credit towards their membership fees. Please note an eligible referral cannot be ex-member re-joining and they must sign up to a GROUNDUP membership type for the existing member to qualify for the $100 credit.
Existing Members must contact the staff in Studio to redeem their relevant $100 credit.
Referred members will receive 2x weeks free in accordance with Black Friday promotion.
In the event that an individual has a dispute in relation to their eligibility for the Promotion all inquiries are to be sent to [email protected] and the Promoter reserves the ultimate right to determine the outcome of any dispute in its absolute discretion.
