Terms - 3 Weeks Free December Sale - Club Lime

1. The Promoter (Club Lime) of the 3 Weeks Free December Sale Promotion is Viva Leisure Memberships Pty ltd ABN 13 617 752 819 of Unit 7, Level 1, 141 Flemington Road Mitchell ACT 2911.

2. For the purposes of the Promotion:

   • Eligible Individual means an individual that enters an Eligible Membership and is not active or current member during the Promotion Period. An Eligible Individual cannot be an ex-member re-joining who has received free time in a separate Viva Leisure promotion within the last three months.

   • Eligible Location means any Club Lime nationally, excluding Club Lime Express Camberwell, Club Lime Deagon, Club Lime Express Fitzroy, Club Lime Parramatta, and Club Lime Thomastown.

   • Eligible Membership means any eligible Club Lime Single Club Membership, State Multi-Club Membership, National Multi-Club Membership, Student Single Club Membership, Student Multi Club Membership, Club Lime + Ladies Only Multi-Club Membership on a direct debit, no fixed-term Membership Agreement entered into by an individual at Eligible Location during the Promotion Period (Tuesday 5^th December 2023 12:00 am – Thursday 21^st  December 2023 11:59 pm), subject to the Membership Terms and Conditions, a copy of which is located at https://www.clublime.com.au/about/legal-stuff/

   • Excluded memberships include Aquatic Memberships, Learn to Swim Memberships, ANU Student/Staff/Alumni membership,Upfront 3–12-month Memberships, Corporate Memberships, Transferred Memberships (upgrades/downgrades), GROUNDUP Multi Memberships, GROUNDUP Bundle Memberships, hiit republic Single Club Memberships, hiit republic Multi-Club Memberships, Club Lime + hiit republic Dual Memberships, Club Lime + hiit republic Multi-Club Memberships, Club Lime + hiit republic + Ladies Only Club Membership, all memberships at the excluded locations listed above and all visit passes.

   • Offer not valid in conjunction with any other offer.

   • , Promotion Period means the period commencing on Tuesday 5^th December 2023 12:00 am – Thursday 21^st  December 2023 11:59 pm, which may be amended at the Promoter’s discretion.

3. The Promoter agrees to a $0 Activation Fee, $0 Access Pass and credit to 3 weeks' worth of membership fees for each Eligible Individual opting into the Promotion in accordance to these Terms and Conditions.

4. The Eligible Individual who joins from Thursday 7^th of December until Monday 18^th of December and Thursday 21^st of December, agrees to pay the initial membership pro rata fee upon signup as part of the Membership Terms and Conditions. The promotional credit will be applied once the pro-rata has been paid.

5. The Eligible Individual who joins on Tuesday 5^th of December, Wednesday 6^th of December, Tuesday 19^th of December and Wednesday 20^th of December, agrees to pay the initial membership pro rata fee, plus a direct debit in advance upon signup as part of the Membership Terms and Conditions. The promotional credit will be applied once the pro-rata and direct debit in advance have been paid.

6. Promotional credit/ free time will not be applied to ex-members renewing their membership whereby the renewing member has received free time in a separate Viva Leisure promotion in the last three months.

7. Club Lime Braddon (ACT), CISAC (ACT) Burwood (NSW), Five Dock (NSW), South Yarra (VIC), and Teneriffe (QLD) are not 24/7 locations.

8. In the event that an individual has a dispute in relation to their eligibility for the Promotion all inquiries are to be sent to [email protected] and the Promoter reserves the ultimate right to determine the outcome of any dispute in its absolute discretion.
