The Promoter (Club Lime) of the Exclusive Member Offer – 12 Month Membership Promotion is Viva Leisure Memberships Pty ltd ABN 13 617 752 819 of Unit 7, DKSN 2.0 North Building, Level 3/23 Challis Street, Dickson, ACT, 2062.
For the purposes of the Promotion:
Eligible Individual means an individual that enters an Eligible Membership and is a current member during the Promotion Period. An Eligible Individual cannot be a new member or ex-member re-joining.
Eligible Location means Club Lime CISAC and Club Lime ANU
Eligible Membership means 12-month Club Lime CISAC Multi Membership, Club Lime CISAC Ladies Only Membership and Club Lime ANU Student & Alumni Membership on a fixed term Membership Agreement entered into by an individual at an Eligible Location during the Promotion Period (Tuesday 21st May 2024 12:00 am – Thursday 23rd May 2024 11:59pm) subject to the Membership Terms and Conditions, a copy of which is located at https://www.clublime.com.au/about/legal-stuff/
Excluded memberships include Aquatic Memberships, Learn to Swim Memberships, Direct Debit Memberships, Corporate Memberships, Transferred Memberships (upgrades/downgrades), GROUNDUP Multi, GROUNDUP Bundle Memberships, hiit republic Single Club, hiit republic Multi-Club Membership, Club Lime + hiit republic Dual Memberships, Club Lime + hiit republic Multi- Club Memberships, Club Lime + hiit republic + Ladies Only Club Membership, all memberships at all other Club Lime locations and all visit passes.

Promotion Period means the period commencing on (Tuesday 21st May 2024 12:00 am – Thursday 23rd May 2024 11:59pm), which may be amended at the Promoter’s discretion.
3.The Promoter agrees to an upfront 12-month Club Lime Multi Membership at the following amounts: $999.00 for Club Lime CISAC Membership, $1,099.00 for Club Lime CISAC Ladies Only Membership and $799.00 for Club Lime ANU Student & Alumni Membership plus start-up fees. Eligible Individual opting into the Promotion in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
4. This promotion is only valid to home club members of the following locations Club Lime CISAC, Club Lime CISAC Ladies Only, and Club Lime ANU Student & Alumni.
5. A link will be sent via member communication, which directs to the renewal process within the Member Portal with the voucher code applied automatically.
6. Members who take this offer will have their Direct Debit rate forfeited. Should members wish to join on a Direct Debit membership after this period, they will join on the current market rate, not the Direct Debit rate held previously.
7. In the event that an individual has a dispute in relation to their eligibility for the Promotion all inquiries are to be sent to [email protected] and the Promoter reserves the ultimate right to determine the outcome of any dispute in its absolute discretion.
