The Promoter of the Win a 12-month Club Lime + HIIT Republic Membership Promotion is Viva Leisure Memberships Pty Ltd ABN 13 618 752 819 of North Building, Level 3 DKSN 2.0/23 Challis St, Dickson ACT 2602. The Promoter is a subsidiary of Viva Leisure Limited ABN 76 607 079 792 ("Viva”) and is a member of the Viva Group which operates multiple fitness facilities trading as Club Lime.
For the purposes of the Promotion:
Eligible Individual means an individual that registers their details via the competition landing page that is over 13 years of age.
Eligible Memberships include Club Lime + HIIT Republic 12-month membership.
Excluded Memberships include Club Lime Single Club Memberships, Club Lime Multi Club Memberships, Student Memberships, Aquatic Memberships, Learn to Swim Memberships, Upfront 3–12-month Memberships, Corporate Memberships, Transferred Memberships (upgrades/downgrades), GROUNDUP Multi Memberships, Club Lime + GROUNDUP memberships, GROUNDUP memberships, Club Lime + HIIT Republic + GROUNDUP + Ladies Only memberships, and all visit passes.

Prize Pool comprises of a total of 3 Club Lime + HIIT Republic 12-month memberships.
Promotion Period means the period commencing Friday 10th May 2024 12:00 am – Sunday 26th May 2024 11:59 pm, which may be amended at the Promoter’s discretion.
The Offer comprises an opportunity for an Eligible Individual to go in a draw to win a Club Lime + HIIT Republic 12-month membership during the Promotional period from the Prize Pool.
Eligible Individuals who register their details via the landing page will receive a maximum of 1 entry to the Offer.
The Winner of the Offer will be drawn on Thursday 30th of May 2024. If the winner cannot be contacted within 30 days, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be drawn.
If the winner is under the age of 18, the winner must complete a safety induction and obtain parent/guardian approval of the membership terms and conditions prior to using the membership.
Any prize won from the Prize Pool is final and cannot be redeemed for cash value.
Viva advises all participants that the Prize Pool is the maximum and only benefit attainable under the Offer and that this promotion is a game of chance that shall not be determined based on skill or any attribute of any entrant.
Each entrant shall have one (1) and one (1) only entry into the Offer and all entrants shall have an equal chance of winning a prize from the Prize Pool.
