Terms - GROUNDUP - EOFY Early Access Promotion

  1. The Promoter (GROUNDUP) of the EOFY Promotion – Early Access is Viva Leisure Memberships Pty Ltd ABN 13 618 752 819 of Unit 7, Level 1, 141 Flemington Road Mitchell ACT 2911.
  2. For the purposes of the Promotion:
    1. Eligible Individual means an individual that enters an Eligible Membership and is not active or current member during the Promotion Period. An Eligible Individual cannot be an ex-member re-joining who has received free time in a separate Viva Leisure promotion within the last three months.
    2. Eligible Location means any GROUNDUP Studio nationally.
    3. Eligible Membership means any eligible GROUNDUP Multi Studio membership, GROUNDUP + Club Lime membership, GROUNDUP + Club Lime + hiit republic membership, GROUNDUP + Club Lime + hiit republic + Ladies Only membership on a direct debit, no fixed-term Membership Agreement entered into by an individual at Eligible Location during the Promotion Period (Tuesday 11th June 2024 12:00am to Saturday 15th June 2024 11:59pm), subject to the Membership Terms and Conditions, a copy of which is located at  https://members.groundup.studio/about/legal-stuff/
    4. Excluded memberships include all Club Lime Single Club Memberships, Club Lime Multi Club Memberships, all Student Memberships, Aquatic Memberships, Learn to Swim Memberships, Upfront 3 and 12-month Memberships, Corporate Memberships, Transferred Memberships (upgrades/downgrades), all hiit republic Single Club Memberships, hiit republic Multi Club Memberships, Club Lime + hiit republic Dual Memberships, Club Lime + hiit republic Multi Club Memberships, and all visit passes.
    5. Offer not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
    6. Promotion Period means the period commencing on Tuesday 11th June 2024 12:00am to Saturday 15th June 2024 11:59pm, which may be amended at the Promoter’s discretion.
  3. The Promoter agrees to a $0 Activation Fee and to credit to 4 weeks' worth of membership fees for each Eligible Individual opting into the Promotion in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
  4. The Eligible Individual agrees to pay the initial membership pro-rata fee upon signup as part of the membership Terms and Conditions. The promotional credit/free time will be applied once the pro-rata has been paid.
  5. Promotional credit/ free time will not be applied to ex-members renewing their membership whereby the renewing member has received free time in a separate Viva Leisure promotion in the last three months.
  6. In the event that an individual has a dispute in relation to their eligibility for the Promotion all inquiries are to be sent to [email protected] and the Promoter reserves the ultimate right to determine the outcome of any dispute in its absolute discretion.
