Terms - $80 Membership Credit

  1. The Promoter (Club Lime) of the Flash Sale – $80 Credit Promotion is Viva Leisure Memberships Pty ltd ABN 13 617 752 819 of Unit 7, DKSN 2.0 North Building, Level 3/23 Challis Street, Dickson, ACT, 2062.
  2. For the purposes of the Promotion:
  1. Eligible Individual means an individual that enters an Eligible Membership and is not active or current member during the Promotion Period.
  2. Eligible Location means any Club Lime Nationally, excluding Club Lime Seven Hills, Club Lime Casuarina, Club Lime Albion Park, Club Lime Torquay, Club Lime Narre Warren, Club Lime Scoresby, Club Lime Ringwood and Club Lime Geelong CBD.
  3. Eligible Membership means any eligible Club Lime Single-Club, Student Membership, Club Lime State Multi-Club, Club Lime Multi-Club + Ladies Only and National Multi-Club Memberships and Club Lime + hiit republic Dual Memberships on a direct debit, no fixed-term Membership Agreement entered into by an individual at Eligible Location during the Promotion Period (Monday 14th October 2024 12:00 am –  Tuesday 15th October 2024 11:59 pm), subject to the Membership Terms and Conditions, a copy of which is located at clublime.com.au/about/legal-stuff.
  4. Excluded memberships include Aquatic Memberships, Learn to Swim Memberships, Upfront 3–12-month Memberships, ANU Student/Staff/Alumni memberships, Corporate Memberships, Transferred Memberships (upgrades/downgrades), GROUNDUP Multi Memberships, GROUNDUP Bundle Memberships, hiit republic Single Club Memberships, hiit republic Multi-Club Memberships, Club Lime + hiit republic Multi-Club Memberships, Club Lime + hiit republic + Ladies Only Club Memberships, all memberships at the excluded locations listed above and all visit passes.
  5. Offer not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
  6. Promotion Period means the period commencing on Monday 14th October at 12:01 am and ending on Tuesday 15th October at 11:59 pm, which may be amended at the Promoter’s discretion.

    3. The Promoter agrees to a $0 Activation Fee, $0 Access Pass, and $80 worth of membership fees for each Eligible Individual opting into the Promotion in accordance          with these Terms and Conditions.

    4. The Eligible Individual who joins, agrees to pay the initial membership pro rata fee upon signup as part of the membership Terms and Conditions. The promotional               credit will be applied once the pro-rata has been paid.

    5. Membership credit will be automatically applied to the members account.

    6. Club Lime CISAC (ACT) Burwood (NSW), Five Dock (NSW), South Yarra (VIC), and Teneriffe (QLD) are not 24/7 locations.

    7. In the event that an individual has a dispute in relation to their eligibility for the Promotion all inquiries are to be sent to [email protected] and the Promoter                reserves the ultimate right to determine the outcome of any dispute in its absolute discretion.
