Upstairs you'll find TechnoGym cardio, pin and plate loaded machines, a large free weights area, a functional training zone, and a spacious studio for live classes and Fitness on Demand. A supervised crèche is available 6 days a week (check details below). Downstairs offers a second free weights area, more machines, another functional training zone, and sled push space.
