Swimming is better together

As a proud Keep Watch partner, we ask that you keep the following supervision rules in mind when visiting our facilities.

In partnership with Royal Life Saving Society – Australia

    Stay within arm's reach

    • A yellow wristband is issued to these swimmers on entry.

    • Adequate supervision means the parent or carer is in the water, within arm's reach of the child at all times.
    • Be present, enjoy the experience, talk and play with them.
  2. Children 6–10 years

Be close, be prepared and keep constant visual contact

    • Children aged 6–10 must be constantly supervised by a parent or carer.
    • Parents and carers must be prepared to enter the water if required.
  3. Children 11–14 years

    Keep visual contact

    • Parents and carers must be in the centre for children aged 14 and under.
    • Keep visual contact and check in with them regularly.
