We know life happens. Enrolled students can claim make-up lessons across the session. Here are the rules that keep it fair for every family.
Each enrolled student is entitled to three make-up lessons per 16-week session.
Unused make-up lessons do not carry over to the next session.
Make-up lessons can't be booked during the first two weeks of a new session.
Once a make-up lesson has been booked, it cannot be moved or cancelled.
Make-up lessons are offered based on class availability and aren't guaranteed.
A missed lesson is only eligible for a make-up with 24 hours' notice, or a medical certificate.
